President Rodrigo Duterte conducted an aerial survey of the damage brought by typhoon Ulysses to the Cagayan Valley Sunday.
Duterte’s former aide also joined the inspection.
The President is also scheduled to preside over the situation briefing on effects of the typhoon at the Tuguegarao Airport, Cagayan and Capitol Ground, Camarines Sur this afternoon.
Cagayan was placed under a state of calamity Saturday after it sustained heavy damages from the onslaught of Ulysses.
