After Democrat Joe Biden won the United States (U.S.) presidency, MalacaƱang is hoping for a policy shift in immigration policies under the new administration.
In his televised briefing Monday, Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque cited the problems that undocumented Filipinos face in America.
Biden defeated incumbent Donald Trump to become the 46th president of the United States.
