The DDS (Diehard Duterte Supporters) team is supposedly no longer as it used to be.
According to former Senator Antonio Trillanes IV, the President’s loyal forces have dwindled since Duterte’s election in 2016.
Trillanes tweeted that only remnants have remained defending Duterte’s alleged lies and greed.
“Times have changed. In 2016, there were so many duterte voters who proudly promoted the myth of duterte. But now, nobody is promoting him anymore,” the former lawmaker wrote on Twitter.
Being a DDS member has become exhausting, Trillanes said.
“Only the prideful pro-duts remnants are justifying his lies, ruthlessness, ineptness and greed. Nakakapagod maging pro-duts ngayon,” he said.
Trillanes made the comment as the country’s economy remained in recession while cases of coronavirus surged to more than 500,000.
