Senate President Tito Sotto is such a romantic.
The lawmaker gave a lovely portrait to her wife Helen Gamboa as a wedding anniversary gift to make the day extra special. The politiko couple marked they 50th church wedding anniversary on January 3.
The custom painting shows a portrait of Sotto wife with flowers covering half of her face.
“My Anniv gift to her,” Sotto captioned the photo of the artwork on Instagram.
Joey de Leon, a close buddy of Sotto, sent his anniversary greeting to the couple on Instagram.
“Happy Anniversary! Yan ang mga bulaklak na kailanma’y hindi maluluoy at malalanta sapagkat diniligan ng pagmamahal!” he said.
The Sotto family earlier welcomed the New Year with hugs and kisses. In a video shared by daughter Ciara, the Senate President was spotted giving his dearest wife a warm embrace while celebrating the new year.
