Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana is sharing his secret to having a happy marriage.
As couples celebrate Valentine’s Day, Lorezana took to Twitter to share that teamwork is important to make a marriage work. The retired military official said balancing family and work is difficult.
“The secret to almost 5 decades of marriage? solid teamwork. balancing family life with the responsibilities of a job is never easy. Happy valentine’s Day everyone!” he tweeted. He shared two photos with his wife Editha, including a throwback snap in 1972, to mark Valentine’s Day.
Lorenzana, a Philippine Military Academy graduate, served as the country’s diplomat handling veteran affairs in the United States before joining the Duterte Cabinet. He and his wife Editha have four kids.
