Politiko has obtained a copy of the Memorandum issued by House Secretary General Mark Llandro Mendoza dated February 15.
The Memorandum tasked the Human Resources Management Service to collate the information of employees who wanted to receive the COVID-19 vaccines in preparation for expected vaccination in March of April.
Qualified for the free vaccines are all House personnel (permanent, contractual, and Congressional Staff) and four of their dependents.
Employees of the Commission on Audit (COA), Civil Service Commission (CSC), Department of Budget and Management (CBM), Presidential Legislative Liaison Office (PLLO), Landbank of the Philippines, Philippine National Police (PNP), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), HRep Cooperative, and Mutual Aid Association (MAA) who are assigned in the House are also entitled to receive the free vaccines.
It was learned that the Senate Medical and Dental Bureau has also started the pre-registration of Senate employees who are willing to receive vaccine shots.
