As more coronavirus vaccines are rolled out in the county, Senator Sherwin Gatchalian grabbed the chance to get his shot against the dread disease.
The senator posted a photo of his first COVID jab at a vaccination site in his hometown Valenzuela City.
He was all smiles while flexing the vaccination symbol in his snapshot. He didn’t say which vaccine he received this weekend.
In the same post, Gatchalian urged the public to get vaccinated as soon as possible to enhance their symptoms protection against the coronavirus. The senator said there is nothing to be afraid of the vaccination.
“Huwag po tayong matakot at mangamba. Magpabakuna po tayo para maproteksyunan laban sa COVID-19,” he said.
