Reelectionist Senator Juan Miguel Zubiri is grateful for his inclusion in the list of preferred senatorial aspirants based on a Social Weather Stations (SWS) survey.

Zubiri ranked sixth place in the Magic 12 with 34 percent of the votes from the survey respondents. The latest survey on senatorial preferences, released by Zubiri on his Facebook page, was topped by popular broadcaster Raffy Tulfo.

“Maraming Salamat sa tiwala at suporta,” he said on Facebook.

Zubiri, who is running as an independent candidate, promised to work “double time” if given a second six-year term in the Senate. His priorities include providing assistance to sectors affected by COVID-19 pandemic.

“Kung bigyan pa ako nang Panginoon at nang taong bayan pagkakataon na makabalik muli sa Senado, lalo po tayong mag double time sa trabaho,” he said.
