Broadcast journalist Ben Tulfo has advised women to dress properly to avoid “inviting the beast” within criminals.
Tulfo cautioned against rapists and sex offenders following the online remarks made by Frankie Pangilinan, daughter of Senator Francis Pangilinan and Sharon Cuneta over her post against victim blaming.
Frankie earlier tweeted “Stop teaching girls how to address?? Teach people not to rape.”
“Hija @kakiep83, a rapist or a juvenile sex offender’s desire to commit a crime will always be there. All they need is an opportunity, when to commit the crime. Sexy ladies, careful with the way you dress up! You are inviting the beast,” Tulfo tweeted.

In an earlier Facebook page of Bitag Live, Tulfo threw a shade at the senator’s daughter in a post titled “The Wannabe Smart Aleck.”
He told Kakie that rapists and sex maniacs think differently and cannot be advised to change their criminal ways. He said dressing properly can help sexual assault.
“THE WANNABE SMART ALECK (Batang-bata ka pa para malaman mo ang mundo) Hija, iba mag-isip ang mga manyakis at mga rapists. Hindi natin sila matuturuan at mababago ang kanilang pagnanasa at pagiging kriminal,” he said.
“Ang tanging magagawa ay manamit ng tama. Huwag nating pukawin ang pagnanasa nila. Ito ang iyong magagawa. Bago natin sila baguhin, baguhin muna natin ang sarili’t pag-iisip natin. Gets mo Hija?” he said.
