The Bureau of Immigration (BI) has sent both the military and police on Monday (Aug. 31) the travel and derogatory records of two Indonesians involved in the twin suicide blasts in Jolo, Sulu, Justice Undersecretary Markk Perete said.
“The Bureau of Immigration has completed its travel and derogatory check on persons of interest in the Jolo bombing,” said Perete who has supervision over the BI.
Perete added that the information collected by the BI has been “forwarded to the law enforcers investigating the incident.”
Perete is referring to Indonesian man Andi Baso and Indonesian woman Reski Fantasya who is believed to be the wife of Abu Sayyaf leader Hatib Hajan Sawdjaan.
The two Indonesians have been tagged in the Aug. 24 twin blasts in Jolo which resulted in 15 deaths and the wounding of around 80 persons.
