Trisenburg Auto Corporation (TAC), the official distributor of JAC passenger and light commercial vehicles in the Philippines will double its dealer footprint.
The Chinese brand will be adding three new locations in key areas—two in Luzon and one in Visayas—to bring their total number of dealerships to six. These will be located in Bauan, Batangas; Kawit, Cavite; and Iloilo City. This will add to JAC’s existing network of dealerships located in Alabang, Makati, and Santa Rosa, Laguna.
JAC Motors Iloilo, located at Pison Avenue, Barangay San Rafael, Mandurriao, Iloilo City will be their first-ever dealership in the Visayas region. The 250-square meter showroom will provide sales and service support to customers in the area. The dealership is headed by its principal, Peter Paul Yap.
Meanwhile, JAC Motors Kawit Cavite is located at the Centennial Road in Kawit, Cavite. The proprietor is APGS Auto Trading owned by Atty. Arlan Profeta. The dealership will rise beside Rapide Kawit Cavite which he also owns. This marks Atty. Profeta’s first auto dealership.
Finally, for customers in Batangas, JAC Motors Bauan Batangas will be operated by CESCO Offshore Construction, Inc., and will rise at the National Road in Barangay San Roque, Bauan, Batangas. The dealership principal here is Fructuso Montano whose background is centered around construction, but has decided to diversify, and build his own dealership.
TAC says that while dealerships are known to require a huge investment and capital, that’s not necessarily true with JAC.
Embracing digitalization, TAC believes that smaller dealerships can be just as effective as large ones. This allows any entrepreneur, even those without car retail experience, to open their very own JAC dealership.
The doubling of JAC’s dealer footprint this year opens to a more optimistic 2021.
