Malacañang on Thursday rejected the claim made by retired Senior Associate Justice Antonio Carpio that under a tripartite agreement with the national government and drug makers, private companies are required to donate to the government 100 percent of the vaccines purchased.
Only half of the firms’ vaccine procurement will be donated to the government, Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque clarified during his televised briefing.
Hindi po totoo,” according to Roque.
