President Rodrigo Duterte will not speak to the nation this week, his spokesman said Wednesday.
In a text message, Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque said that Duterte’s public address has been postponed to next week.
“No talk to the people,” according to Roque.
When asked whether the President will deliver his weekly address tomorrow, the secretary said: “Next week na.”
Duterte was last seen in public on March 29 during the arrival of China’s Covid-19 vaccine CoronaVac doses bought by the government in Villamor Air Base, Pasay City.
