The Pangilinan family is spending some quality time together this Holy Week.
Senator Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan and his family picked the old television mini-series “Jesus of Nazareth” to watch and reflect on this Holy Week. The senator posted a photo of his family on Facebook, saying his step daughter KC Concepcion is the only person missing in the watch party.
“Movie night with Pangilinan family. Movie Night tonight…..Jesus of Nazareth,” he wrote on Facebook.
The drama film, which is nearly six and a half hours long, features the birth, life, ministry, death and resurrection of Jesus. English actor Robert Powell portrayed the role of Jesus in the biblical mini-series
Pangilinan commented the film was so long that they had to watch it in parts.
“Family Movie Night part 1 kagabi…Jesus of Nazareth….Part 1 kasi mahigit 5 hours pala ‘yung movie….sobrang haba pala..33 years ang coverage, ika nga,” he said.
“From birth to ressurrection. Part 2 naman mamaya tapos part 3 bukas. Family bonding sa panahon ng Semana Santa…..si KC lang ang kulang,” he said.
The senator’s family seemed to enjoy watching the drama series.
“Sabi nina Sharon at Frankie kamukha daw ni Liza Soberano si Olivia Hussey. Tanong ni Miguel nang makita si Herod: Is that Moses?🤣😂” he said.
