Palace conveys condolences after death of ex-PGMA spox Olivar

Malacañang condoled with the family of former presidential spokesperson Gary Olivar, who passed away Tuesday.

Olivar served as the economic spokesperson of former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo.

“Nakikiramay po kami sa pamilya, kasamahan sa trabaho at mahal sa buhay ni Mr. Gary Olivar, dati rin pong nagtrabaho sa Palasyo bilang economics spokesperson ng dating Pangulong Gloria Macapagal Arroyo,” Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque said in his virtual presser.

“Condolences po and you will be missed,” added Roque.

Olivar was also a lead convener of PDu30 CoRe (Constitutional Reformers for Federalism), which advocates for federalism in governance in the Philippines.
