The government’s Covid-19 task force has allowed the conduct of the Binibining Pilipinas 2021 grand coronation night on July 11.
Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque, however, said the event must be subject to health and safety protocols against Covid-19.
“Also approved is the holding of the Binibining Pilipinas 2021 Coronation Night at the Smart Araneta Coliseum strictly following the submitted health and safety protocols.,” Roque said in a statement Friday.
He added that participants and guests should undergo pre-event testing.
“All participants and guests shall be required to undergo Covid-19 RT-PCR Test 48 hours prior to the event,” according to him.
