President Rodrigo Duterte received outgoing Bangladesh Ambassador to the Philippines Asad Alam Siam during a farewell call in Malacañang Monday.
Malacañang in a photo release said Duterte discussed matters with Siam but did not elaborate on the details of the meeting.
Embassy of Bangladesh in the Philippines First Secretary Ms. Sayma Razzaki, Chief of Presidential Protocol and Presidential Assistant on Foreign Affairs Undersecretary Robert Borje, and Foreign Affairs Deputy Assistant Secretary Myca Magnolia Fischer joined Duterte in the farewell call.
Siam started his service in February 2017 as the Bangladesh Ambassador-designate to the Philippines.
