Pacquiao launches online search for world’s best boxers

Who will be the world’s next boxing champion?

Filipino boxer Manny Pacquiao has launched an online competition in search for the most talented boxers across the world.

Pacquiao teamed up with Contestee for the online contest with fans getting a chance to vote for their favorite boxers. The contest was announced by the senator on his Facebook page.

“Today, I want to find new fighters- young and undiscovered talents for the world of boxing. For this, I’ve teamed up with Contestee to make it possible for anyone, anywhere to join my new contest,” he said.

“All you need is to download their app on your phone, then you upload your best fighting videos to my contest, where all of my fans will vote for the best fighter,” he said.

The winner has a chance to win a hefty cash prize.

“Whoever wins this contest can also win up to $100,000 grand prize from Contestee. I’m excited to see all you guys on the Contestee App, soon!” he said.

The online contest was launched a day before Pacquiao’s match against WBA Welterweight Champion Yordenis Ugas in the United States. Pacquiao was originally supposed to fight Errol Spence, Jr. but the latter later withdrew due to an eye injury.
