Family bonding para bawas stress: Pangilinan takes kids to farm outing

Sunday is family day.

Senator Francis Pangilinan traveled to the family-owned farm in Cavite, bringing his three children for a brief getaway. He was on daddy duty as he cooked breakfast for his kids Frankie, Miel and Miguel.

According to Pangilinan, spending time with the family helps ease the stress in life.

“Breakfast kasama ang mga bata (Frankie, Miel, at Miguel) dito sa farm. ,” he said, sharing photos of the family trip.

“Studies show na kapag magkakasama kumain ang pamilya, makakatulong ito na makabawas ng stress sa’yong buhay. Have a happy and stress free Sunday sa inyong lahat! #LatePost,” he said.

The breakfast prepared by Pangilinan for his kids include bacons, sausages and egg.

His wife megastar Sharon Cuneta was not seen in the photos shared online by the senator.

Pangilinan’s farm getaway was made ahead of his planned filing of candidacy to seek another term in the Senate. He recently announced he will seek reelection in the 2022 elections.
