President Rodrigo Duterte urged voters to support former presidential spokesperson Harry Roque in his bid for a Senate seat in the 2022 national elections.
Duterte appeared on a cameo in Roque’s latest political advertisement where he called the human rights lawyer the best spokesman.
“Si Harry Roque ang pinakamagaling na spokesman kaya inggit sa kanya ang oposisyon,” the Chief Executive claimed.
He ended the 30-second video clip asking Filipinos to ensure Roque’s election to the Upper Chamber.
“Ibigay natin ang todong suporta kay Harry,” said Duterte.
Roque is a candidate for senator of the Peoples’ Reform Party (PRP). He’s also joined the Marcos-Duterte senatorial slate.
