President Rodrigo Duterte will return to Manila from Davao City tonight, his spokesman said.
In an online press briefing Monday, Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque said that Duterte will be back in Manila this evening, two days after spending the weekend with his family in his hometown.
“Ang alam kong pagbalik niya kung hindi ako nagkakamali mamaya din. Mamaya din po ang pagbalik ng presidente,” Roque also said.
The secretary, however, said he was not sure whether Duterte will deliver an address to the nation later today.
“Hindi ko lang alam kung matutuloy ang public address mamaya. Pero mamaya po ang balik ni presidente, gabi,” he added.
