President Rodrigo Duterte is expected to hold a meeting with members of the Inter-Agency Task Force on the Emerging Infectious Diseases in Davao City on June 4, his spokesman said.
On Monday, Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque said Duterte returned to his hometown on Friday to visit his family and assess the situation in Mindanao.
Magaganap yan sa Davao,” he added.
Since he assumed the presidency on June 2016, Duterte has been flying home every weekend and spend time with his family.
