Based on survey results, the proportion of those with great stress due to COVID-19 stood at 55 percent among those who lost their jobs as a result of the crisis compared to 46 percent who still have work.
Broken down by geography, 56 percent of those who experienced great stress were in Metro Manila and Visayas, compared to 49 percent in Balance Luzon, and 46 percent in Mindanao.
SWS conducted the survey from July 3 to 6 using mobile phone and computer-assisted telephone interviewing (CATI) of 1,555 Filipinos aged 18 years and older nationwide.
