Chery Auto is a brand on the rise in the Philippines. In an official statement, the Chinese automaker saw a 162 percent month-on-month sales rise.
Attributing it to the relaxation of community quarantine measures, Chery Auto Philippines reports that their sales have risen from 45 units in June to 118 units in July. The figures reflect the strong demand for the company’s all-SUV line-up which are easy-on-the-budget and supported by financing offers given by the carmaker’s bank partners.
“I believe we are offering the right products and services at the right time,” says Chery Auto Philippines president Rommel Sytin. “People need safe, but affordable mobility and we have the right mix of value-packed models with luxury, comfort, and safety features to suit any requirement or budget.”
True enough, the Chery Auto line-up starts out with the Tiggo 2—a feature-packed sub-compact SUV which starts at just P 695,000 going up to just P 1,340,000 for the top-of-the-line 7-seater Tiggo 8 luxury SUV.
Moreover, Chery’s aggressive promotions including cash discounts as much as P 145,000; monthly low payments as low as P 5,635 (until September 30); and free UV disinfecting lamps have helped drive up sales.
An equally compelling reasons to buy a Chery is the company's EC Mobile Home Service, which enables a fully trained and health protocol-compliant service crew to perform maintenance and repairs on any Chery model in the comfort and safety of the owner’s home—much appreciated during these times.
