Mahilig magpakalat ng fake news! Political strategist Malou Tiquia fires back at ‘heckler’ Twitter account over Duterte survey

Political strategist Malou Tiquia has slammed Twitter personality Professional Heckler for ridiculing the survey conducted by her research firm, Publicus Asia, on President Rodrigo Duterte.

The Professional Heckler Twitter account, which is run by Marcelo Landicho, drew Tiquia’s ire when it posted the supposed official data about Publicus Asia’s survey on Duterte being the most loving, concerned and caring public official.

Heckler intentionally misspelled Publicus Asia as “Pubicus Southeast Asia.” He also limited the choices in the survey to variations of Duterte’s name, hinting that the poll was rigged to favor the President.

In response to Heckler’s tweet, Tiquia said: “Aaah, yung heckler kamo? sabi nyan nuong 2017 sipsip ako sa presidente kasi may gusto akong posisyon. Pinakalat nya. Ano asan? Sinungaling. In the guise of being satirical he makes fun of things. Well his satire is false news, a figment of a polluted mind.”

Tiquia also shared a list of seven types of propaganda that people should watch for. The caption for her tweet read: “Eto, para kayo matutoo. Minsan kailangang gamitin utak! Ngayon kung gusto nyong di matutoo, e di sige sumama kayo sa mga nagmamarunong! Sila bida, di ba? Magagaling nga!”
