Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque visited Cebu City on Sunday to offer his condolences to Cebu Governor Gwen Garcia over the passing of her two brothers last week.
Roque shared a photo on his Facebook page of himself and Garcia at the latter’s residence.
“Condolences to bff (best friend forever) Gov. Gwen Garcia and family,” the caption read.
Last September 1, former Dumanjug town mayor Nelson Garcia died following a battle with an undisclosed illness. Five days later, Barili Mayor Marlon Garcia succumbed to complications from coronavirus disease.
