Malacañang on Monday took a swipe at Vice President Leni Robredo’s performance in the latest nationwide survey on the performance and trust ratings of the top national government officials.
“Naku, Madam VP. Mukhang tama ang aking sinabi. Ayaw ata ng Pilipino namumulitika sa panahon ng pandemiya,” Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque said in a virtual presser held in Boracay Island, Aklan.
Based on the recent Pulse Asia survey, Robredo got an approval rating of 57 percent, with 21 percent undecided and disapproval of 22 percent.
She also obtained a 50 percent trust rating (28 undecided and 22 small/no trust).
“Subukan nating itigil ang politika baka po tumaas ng mas mataas sa 50 percent ang trust rating at mas mataas pa po sa 57 percent ang performance rating,” said Roque.
