Malacañang warned of jail time for those involved in selling supposed coronavirus (Covid-19) vaccines.
Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque reminded the public that the sale of unregistered vaccines is prohibited.
“Bawal po iyan,” Roque said in his virtual presser Thursday.
“Mayroon pong ipinapataw na parusa sa kahit sinong magbebenta ng gamot o bakuna na hindi po aprubado ng FDA. Mayroon pong kulong iyan, itigil ninyo po iyan,” added Roque.
The secretary was reacting to circulating text messages claiming that Covid-19 vaccines are being sold in the Philippines for P50,000 per shot.
