Foreign Affairs Secretary Teodoro Locsin Jr. is impressed with Hollywood actor Mark Ruffalo.
Locsin described Ruffalo, who played the Hulk in the Avengers film series, as a great and decent man after he offered prayers for the Philippines in the face of the storm.
“GREAT GUY, BEAUTIFUL AND POWERFUL MOVIE ABOUT THE LAWYER WHO BEAT DUPONT. There are decent people out there. Not many but there are. He’s one of ’em,” Locsin said about the Marvel actor.
Ruffalo earlier asked for prayers and aid to the Philippines as typhoon Rolly pounded the country with torrential rains and catastrophic winds.
“Pray for our brothers and sisters in the Philippines then get ready to send donations, the actor tweeted.
He was reacting to a tweet about the powerful super typhoon about to slam in to the country Sunday.
