Former Senator Loren Legarda is wishing everyone a blessed holiday season despite a trying year.

The Antique congresswoman said the year 2020 has been a difficult year bought gave lessons to Filipino, from generosity to kindness.

Despite the pandemic and other struggles this year, she said 2020 “taught us to be grateful, kinder and to be more generous.” It also gave people opportunities “to show more compassion and to love unconditionally,” Legarda added.

“This year also reminded us to live in the present moment, to enjoy the simple things, and to cherish what truly matters. It has been a difficult year but it has brought lessons that will make us stronger and better persons,” she said.

“A Blessed Christmas and New Year to everyone!” she said.
