Nasaan ang Pangulo? Trillanes proposes media countdown on Duterte whereabouts

The media should start a countdown whenever President Duterte goes missing in action.

Former Senator Antonio Trillanes IV made the suggestion so the public will know the whereabouts of the President everyday.

Duterte has been shuttling between Manila and Davao City, his hometown. Malacañang has reportedly declined to release Duterte’s daily schedule due to supposed confidentiality reasons.

“Dapat merong daily countdown report ang media every day na walang official function si duterte,” the former lawmaker tweeted.

“Like, ‘ika-limang araw na walang ginagawa si duterte sa kalagitnaan ng pandemya at lugmok na ekonomiya,'” he said.

Trillanes, a fierce critic of the administration, earlier demanded the government’s plan to address the pandemic and resuscitate the weak economy.
