Senate President Tito Sotto is a happy guitar man.
Sotto recently received a Taylor guitar from fellow musician Ramon Jacinto as a Christmas present. He thanked RJ for the awesome musical instrument.
“714ce, So far, the best sounding Taylor I’ve played! Thank you Ramon (RJ)!” Sotto captioned his photo holding the precious guitar.
In 2018, Sotto got a custom electric guitar from Jacinto, now a special adviser of President Duterte for telecommunications. The senator said it was the best holiday gift he received that year.
Sotto is a founding member of popular local band VST & Company formed in 1970s. The group is known for the hit songs “Awitin Mo at Isasayaw Ko,” “Rock Baby Rock”, “Swing It Baby”, “Disco Fever”, and “Magsayawan.”
