Where is President Duterte in the list of alleged corrupt politikos?
Former Senator Antonio Trillanes IV is skeptical about the list of politikos linked to alleged corruption in the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH). He asked why Duterte was not included in the list.
“Any corruption list without duterte’s name on top is simply BS. We saw his billions in BPI, remember?” he tweeted.
The President earlier named several legislators with suspected links to anomalous infrastructure projects during a public address Monday night. He said there was no proof yet of the corruption allegations but he needed to release the list for the sake of public access to information. He said the list made by an anti-corruption body was already considered a public document.
