Senate President Tito Sotto is probably searching for an alternative telco service by now.
Sotto has complained about the poor service of Converge and announced plans to ditch the service plan. The lawmaker is furious with the internet connection which he said has been down for the past four days.
“Our converge internet connection has been down for 4 days now. I’m getting rid of it!
@DICTgovph,” he tweeted.
The Converge’s online customer service gave a standard response to Sotto’s complaint. It asked the politiko to send them a private message for better assistance.
“Hi @sotto_tito, to protect your private information and to assist you better, please send us a PRIVATE MESSAGE. Thank you,” Converge told Sotto.
President Duterte earlier told the country’s telco companies to improve their services by December or else face possible closure or takeover. No closure of telco firms was done during the past holidays despite reported complaints of poor service.
