Daynolo, 30, had been reported missing for nearly a year before her remains were found within the vicinity of her workplace.
Roque said the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) is currently conducting an autopsy on the body of the slain domestic worker.
“Sa ngayon po ang OWWA (Overseas Workers Welfare Administration) ang siyang tumutulong dito sa pamilya ni Mary Ann at, in fact, ang OWWA ang tumulong para magkaroon po ng autopsy ng sa ganun mabigyan ng katarungan ang pagkamatay niya,” according to the spokesperson.
