Palace offers condolences on the passing of ex-Press Secretary Jun Icban

Malacañang has offered sympathies over the death of veteran journalist Crispulo Jun Icban Jr.

Icban, 85, passed away Monday afternoon.

“Nakikiramay po kami sa pamilya, kasamahan at mahal sa buhay sa pagpanaw po ni dating Press Secretary, Manila Bulletin editor in chief at publisher, veteran journalist Crispulo ‘Jun’ Icban Jr.,” Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque said in a virtual presser Tuesday.

Icban served as Press Secretary during the Arroyo administration.
