Sen. Panfilo Lacson is not amused with President Rodrigo Duterte’s supposed game of “hide-and-seek” with the public, especially at a time when concerns were raised about his health.
Lacson said he hopes this is the last time Duterte plays “hide-and-seek,” adding the health condition of any sitting President should be the concern of every Filipino.
“Sinadya daw niya. Sana, huling larong ‘hide-and-seek’ na ito ng Pangulo kasi maraming nag-aalala. That said, the health condition of any sitting president should be the concern of every Filipino. Even VP Leni Robredo had the moral decency to say that she was praying for him,” he said in a tweet.

During his public address televised Monday night, Duterte claimed his two-week absence from the public was “intentional.”
Rumors of his poor health prompted Duterte’s aide, Sen. Christopher Go, to post photos of Duterte jogging, riding a motorbike and playing golf to show he was “fit.”
