President Rodrigo Duterte had a phone call with Saudi Arabia Crown Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud (MBS) last night, Malacañang said.
Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque, however, did not provide details about the telephone conversation.
During his “Talk to the People” address yesterday, Duterte mentioned that he was “waiting for a call from the Crown Prince.”
A report from Arab News said the President and MBS discussed bilateral ties between the Philippines and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Both leaders also tackled “ways to develop them in a way that enhances joint cooperation.”
