Hinikayat ni Senador Risa Hontiveros nitong Lunes ang Department of National Defense (DND) na bilisan ang pagbuo at pagpapalawak ng mga pasilidad sa Kalayaan Island Group sa West Philippine Sea kasabay ng paggunita ng bansa sa ikalimang anibersaryo ng tagumpay ng Pilipinas sa 2016 sa The Hague.
