Undersecretary Tina Canda, the Department of Budget and Management’s (DBM) officer-in-charge tested positive for COVID-19.
In an interview, Canda said this is the reason why she was not able to attend the submitted of the 2022 National Expenditure Program (NEP) to the House of Representatives on Monday (August 23).
“I was not able to attend, hindi ako naka-attend kasi nga nag ano akong positive, so hindi ako pumunta doon sa event,” Canda said.
Canda said she is asymptomatic.
