Qualified college students can have a chance to be an iskolar ng bayan.

Senator Grace Poe announced a new educational assistance program for Filipino students enrolled in colleges or universities. The financial support for students is part of of FPJ Panday Bayanihan initiated by the senator in honor of his father the late film actor Fernando Poe Jr.

“Isa ka ba sa mga nagnanais na maging Iskolar ng Bayan? Ngayong nagsimula na ang bagong school year, inilunsad ng FPJ Panday Bayanihan ang programang ito para makatulong sa ating masisipag na mag-aaral,” Poe said on Facebook.
