Chief Presidential Legal Counsel Salvador Panelo turned another year older yesterday, September 19.
On his 74th birthday, Panelo, who previously served as presidential spokesperson, wished for two things.
“For the world to have peace and to be coronavirus free,” he told POLITIKO.
When asked for his wish for his future political career, Panelo said: “None.”
The PDP-Laban faction led by Energy Secretary Alfonso Cusi earlier endorsed Panelo as a senatorial candidate for the 2022 national elections.
In June, President Rodrigo Duterte called the abogado as his “favorite candidate for senator.”
