Goodbye silver fox, hello again black hair.

Senator Juan Miguel Zubiri had rocked the gray hair look during the pandemic lockdown but is now sporting a darker shade.

Zubiri, who has launched a reelection bid in the 2022 elections, could not refuse his wife’s request to dye his hair black again. Sharing his latest color change on Facebook, the senator said his goodbye to the George Clooney silver hair look.

“Daming political colors ang nag flood sa feed ko tonight pero isang color nag-wagi dahal sa utos nang asawa ko,” he said on Facebook.

“Dahil siya ang Bossing ko hehe! Back to black at goodbye George Clooney look haha! Good evening Pilipinas kong Mahal! ,” he said.

Shortly after surviving the coronavirus illness in April 2020, Zubiri embraced his natural silver hair as his quarantine look. At the time, most Filipinos were forced to stay at home while barber shop operations were limited as a precaution against the COVID-19 spread.

As the government started to ease the movement curbs this time, Zubiri returned to the barber shop to bring back his classic hairstyle. He flashed a smile after transitioning back to black hair.
