DILG warns malls: Follow health protocols or lose business permit

By Prince Golez

The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) on Wednesday warned that establishments that fail to adhere to the minimum public health standards could result in the revocation of their business permit.

During the Laging Handa public briefing, Undersecretary Jonathan Malaya said he noticed some business establishments aren’t following the government’s capacity and vaccination requirements.

The DILG official instructed shopping malls to check the vaccination cards of visitors at all primary entrances.
