OPM artists sing ‘Leni en Rose’ in collab music video

There is a new catchy campaign jingle promoting the presidential bid of Vice President Leni Robredo.

Several Filipino singers have joined forces to perform “Leni en Rose” to show support for Robredo in the 2022 presidential race. The song, patterned after “La Vie en Rose” sang by French singer Edith Piaf, is rewritten with new lyrics made by Lolito Go.

Local performers, including Ryan Cayabyab, Celeste Legaspi, Leah Navarro and Jim Paredes, collaborated with Go singing the pro-Robredo song. The music video, running one and a half minute, is currently posted on the Facebook page of Otso Diretso.

The original video showing Go playing the ukulele while singing “Leni en Rose” is posted on his TikTok account. “Sa mundo ng mga Hudas, piliin ang RosasA song for Leni. (To the tune of La Vie en Rose.)#LabanLeni2022,” Go wrote on TikTok.
