The government already has a list of recipients of the coronavirus vaccine, Malacañang said reacting to the calls of Vice President Leni Robredo to identify those to be inoculated.
In a televised briefing, Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque said the government does not need to adopt Robredo’s suggestion since agencies have a list of 4Ps beneficiaries.
President Rodrigo Duterte had said the vaccine would first be administered to the poorest of the poor, the police, and the military.
“Pagsinabi ng Presidente 4Ps beneficiary, Ma’am, Vice Presidente, meron na pong listahan niyan. So, maraming salamat sa suhestiyon, pero as usual nagawa na ng gobyerno kasi may listahan na tayo ng 4Ps, may listahan na tayo ng kapulisan, may listahan na tayo ng kasundaluhan,” according to Roque.
“Yung mga frontliners, alam naman ng DOH (Department of Health) kung sino sila. Thank you po pero as usual meron na po tayong listahan even before your suggestion.”
“We don’t have to adopt the suggestion dahil meron na po kaming listahan. Thank you very much again but, again po, a bit too late, kasi si Presidente Duterte 10 steps ahead.
