MalacaƱang on Monday joined the nation in commemorating the Maguindanao massacre on its 11th year, saying that justice has been served for most of the victims.
Roque also assured the arrest of suspects who are still at-large.
We will never forget,” he added.
A total of 58 people, including 32 media workers, were killed in the Maguindanao massacre in 2009.
They were on their way to file a certificate of candidacy for then Buluan town vice mayor Esmael Mangudadatu, running against then-incumbent mayor Andal Ampatuan Jr.
