Crime scene photos, videos speed up litigations – Roque

By Prince Golez

Videos or photos of crimes could help law enforcement speed up investigations, according to Malacañang.

Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque was reacting to PNP chief Debold Sinas’ warning that taking videos and photos of crime scenes could put witnesses at risk.

A video of the incident showing Police Senior Master Sergeant Jonel Nuezca shooting a mother and her son to death in Tarlac over the weekend made the rounds of social media and has now become viral. Nuezca is now detained at the Paniqui Police Station and is facing double murder charges.
