The government is scheduled to sign a supply agreement for Novavax’s coronavirus (Covid-19) vaccine tomorrow, March 10, Malacañang said.
On Tuesday, Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque said the deal will enable access to 30 million doses of NVX-CoV2373.
“Pipirma na rin bukas ng supply agreement with Novavax. 30 million po yan,” Roque said in a televised briefing.
The official likewise shared the Philippines has signed a purchase order for 1 million Sinovac doses.
Moderna, he said, also agreed to supply 13 million of its Covid-19 vaccines to the Philippines.
“In progress naman po ang ating supply agreement with J&J,” added Roque.
