The Philippine government joins the rest of the world in observing Earth Day today, April 22.
According to Spokesman Harry Roque, the Philippines is one of the countries most at risk from climate change.
The Palace official also urged everyone to properly dispose of used face masks and face shields.
Roque likewise mentioned the government’s bike lane program, which aims to build 535 kilometers of bike lanes before the year ends.
